Full Service Planning & Coordinating This is for the couple that simply just want to sit back and make the decisions. From booking vendors & taking care of the contracts to addressing & mailing your invitations we take care of all of the details & "legwork" that is the reason this package is called serenity. Day of Coordinating As most couples today want everyone (including Mom) to enjoy their special day, this is one of our most popular packages. Couple's do the legwork but we are there at their disposal for vendor referrals, ideas, etc. On the big day we are there to make sure all of your plans and instructions are executed to your specifications and if any snags or problems arise we take care of those too! From pinning flowers to assisting with the processional and everything in between, we take care of all of the details so you can enjoy your day. Decorating Trying to figure out how you are going to manage getting all of the decorations, that you have spent months picking out, up and down? We are available to set everything up and/or take it down at the end of the night. Whether it is your decorations or ours, we are available to assist with as much as you need us to. Decoration Rental We have everything you need to make your event as simple or elegant you want it to be. All of our tablecloths, napkins, table runners, & chair ties are available in over 50 colors. Tuxedo Rental We carry Jim's Formal Wear tuxedo line. The groom gets his free with 5 other rentals and everyone else will get a discount on their rental. We have cards available for your out of town guys and we work with everyone local to get them measured at their convenience. We can even show up at the end of your reception to pick them up. Invitation Addressing With over 100 fonts available to choose from, we are able to address your invitations, stuff them, mail them and keep track of your RSVPs.
