Owner, Angie Diss, earned her certification in bridal consulting & event planning
in 2003 and started Cherished Events. Over the past 9 years, we are proud to
say, that we have been a part of over 300 couple's special day. Cherished Events
was founded on the belief that every couple's wedding day should be exactly the
way they want it to be and that is still our main goal. Simply, there is no wrong or
right way, there is only their way.

Through the years Cherished Events have added many services to make each
couple's wedding day "stress free". Whether a couple is looking for planning,
coordinating, decorating, or just needing to rent a few linens, I strive to give them
my individual attention and expertise. Every couple's needs are equally important
regardless of size or budget. This is the reason I offer "package" pricing and
payment plans to fit everyone's budget.

Cherished Events' services are available to couples in central & southern Illinois.

I recently opened a showroom and main office in Kinmundy although I still have
an office available in Salem. Appointments are available at times convenient for
you. Saturdays and evenings too!
